Bradley D. Simon is the founding partner of Simon & Partners, LLP, where he represents both corporations and individuals in the areas of white collar criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and corporate compliance. In the course of his career, he has tried over thirty federal jury trials. Prior to founding the firm, Simon served as an Assistant U.S Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and as a trial attorney with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Simon has served as an adjunct professor at St. Johns University and Fordham Law Schools and has taught trial advocacy at Emory Law School in Atlanta. He is a member and frequent speaker at the International Section of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA). Since 2008, he has annually been named a New York “Super Lawyer” by Law and Politics Magazine. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and a law degree from Georgetown University.
