The Constitution Project is honored to be the beneficiary of contributions made in the name of the late Congressman Robert W. Kastenmeier (D-Wisc.), who passed away on March 20 at the age of 91. TCP President Virginia Sloan was a counsel to Congressman Kastenmeier’s House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Civil Liberties and the Administration of Justice. In that capacity she was proud to work with him to help protect the Constitution. He was a giant on so many issues and a model for how Members of Congress should work to serve the best interests of their constituents and all of the American people. Everyone at The Constitution Project mourns his passing.
